It also allows practitioners the flexibility to upload audio files wherever they are – whether they are at home, at work or in transit. As long as there is internet access, files can be uploaded from any location.

No software installation is required. Doctors simply log into their password-protected, secure client area via Pacific’s website, to upload dictations from either the practice or rooms, or from home.

Many practices find it helpful to provide copies of their specific letterhead and other templates to Pacific Transcription, enabling our experienced typing team to type directly into client templates, for ease of editing. This service is fully compatible with templates originally created on both Apple Mac and PC Microsoft suite of programs.
